Gonna be travelling to Raleigh, North Carolina for the first time ever.

I have committed to another week (10 more days) without MO. So grateful for my AP's guidance and support.

Getting back into a scheduled exercise routine is extremely rewarding. Plus I'm sleeping better than I have in a while.

Day 11 without MO. Felt flatline-ish all day, then WHAM! a trigger and a wave of heart racing urges to MO. Taking deep breaths.

Today was hard, but I survived. I feel tense though.
