You want to improve but you don't want to change

    Hey all ,
    The more i follow Nofap , the more im itself moving closer to eating whole food , fruits and vegetables
    Here's what Ive seen through my experience
    1. If your following Nofap your mind and body will feel more alive , fresh and free from lust if you start eating natural food , the more we move closer to natural eating the easier it gets to retain. You"ll crave more healthy foods. So , if your eating white bread , sugar, white salt , junk food and specially overeating , without a doubt you"ll fail in this retention. If you want to retain , you have to change your eating habits there are no way out. Even occasionally eating or having cheat day will show it's effect. So no junk , no - cheat day , no occasionally eating
    2. Sleep : We all been there , if you're being involved in pmo , your bound to have irregular sleep habits and been sleep deprived through out. So sleep late and waking up late will cause to fail again and again
    3. Habits: someone who have not done much exercise, never read any book himself without any academic pressure, had terrible eating pattern, was'nt ever living a conscious and aware life , when we adopt healthy habits it's tough , it's a big resistance. It's like a push and pull thing. We force ourselves to be healthy and then go back to being addict for few weeks and then come back and the cycle continues. If this is the live you've lived for you to do proper retention your old self literally have to die. Now it's scary, it's scary because we don't know what's ahead. But hey, trust the process, you doing if for you. You've done a lot for others, changed yourself for them, agreed to what you didn't wanted to do and go. You've done everthing outside and that always results to misery. Just try changing yourself and it will change everything outside.
    Here's the thing what i saw through my experience, We want to improve but we don't want to change. We want the benefits of healthy habits and also keep up old self with it. It's like in order for you to grow and evolve , our old self have to die and we have to let go of our attachment and this self image, we have to let go of our image of old self. Somewhere we're holding to that too. You have to be aware how sneaky your mind is , how manipulative our mind is, it lies to us, it deceive us, it will manipulate us more then we do to others.
    On one hand if your life sucks , you want it to change but then when the time comes to change, we want to hold on that old attachments too. that's no practically possible.

    SO , don't follow nofap because it sounds cool when you tell you'r streak count. Do it for you.

    Even if no one in the world knew your doing nofap , if you never wrote your benefits here in forum, if you never shared your benefits with you'r friends , would you still follow this practice with the same passion ?
