Day 14 27th December 2020 As I mentioned yesterday the urges were so strong that I thought I would not complete this nofap challenge but hope changes the situation. Today there were no urges or very low urges. I was happy and I will always keep up the spirit of not giving up. Everything went so smoothly and the day was so awesome. Just keep fighting because the next moment you are going to win for life. If you quit there will be regret and guilt which will kill your time, emotions and our past hard work will go in vain. Just keep fighting until the goal is reached. Have hope and do not get distracted.
