You need to have a reward system, goal of 90 day is not enough.

    You should set up a reward system for yourself so you have something to look out for. Sometimes while on NoFap your brain starts to think " hey don't you miss grabbin and jackin off and shoot your load? or miss watching your fav porn or game?" these use to be our reward system when we are stressed out, angry, depressed. We stop it either soft or hard mode with no reward system to substitute it. We fail to see that those use to be our reward system. Thus your only goal is hitting 90 days but you have nothing to really look out for that will make you feel good about your self. There fore you have nothing to make you feel good quickly, give you that great feeling that hormones do when released when your M and having O. Find something that is exciting to you, something to fill that void because if not your chances to fail is high. It worked for me and I did a 90 day challenge with no fail. Decided that was it and during the weeks I wasn't happy with certain things and now I am back for another reboot of 90 days. I might extend even longer this time. I guess I miss that awesome feeling I had from not PMO. The first couple weeks is bad and I hit flatline quick. I might encounter another flat line soon but I have my reward system in place and helps me to look forward when I feel I have the urges and feeling miserable. Save your seed but reward yourself for doing it.

    There you go, with some chocolate, cherry and some nuts. Remember something that you really love but will make you upset if you cant have it if you relapsed. If Ice Cream your thing then make sure you watch your diet lol.

    Yeah and that's my problem....I love masturbating it makes me feel great and it's my go too place when I'm in need of comfort like when I'm angry, depressed, stress or just because I want too....but unaffourtnately I'm addicted to that and masturbating...

    My problem is I don't know what's more of a powerful competitor to masturbation and porn that will act as my "comfort/reward".....which is quite sad :( .

    How about Wet dreams, you never had one..make that your goal. Once you have one and see how good it feels you would want to make that the competitor. Then you got something to look forward to instead of thinking that you might relapse or that you miss M and O. If you change your mindset you will change the scenario. I am on day 24 and to be honest probably a lil over that I set my calendar to 24 because I could not remember the actual day I started NoFap so I sticked to 24 days now. Now that I had the W.D ( relief ) I can achieve another 24 days with ease of no PMO. I had no chaser effect and actually felt great after the W.D.

    Yeah I never thought of that, make wet dreams my reward...however though it's not a instant comfort when I'm down and out...and i have another problem the thoughts of wet dreams turn me on or get me in the mood of you know what I mean..

    I know what you mean, hey If I can do it you can do it. Have a positive mindset and when you start to M think of something else that would mess up that flow. Quickly get up, put your pants on and go outside do something until your dick gets soft or your body is not craving an ejaculation. In that case, you have manage to retain your semen. Sometimes is good to have a friend that you can tell him about this NoFap and what your trying to accomplish so that you can hang out with him when you have an emergency or you can sleep over his place until the urges are under control.

    Yeah I know I can do it, it's just a mental warfare that's all it is, my demon is filling me with doubts of ever quitting looking at Porn and Masturbation for good....I guess rightfully show, since I joined NoFap back in April. 20/16 (Venom1)and back in Feb. 21/19 I only reach 11 days....it's like a cursed roadblock. But I know that *We" are more powerful then our demons that control us, I might've Loss alot of battles but will not lose this war..
