When you have no urges to watch sexual/porn videos or pics.

    That's the win with NoFap.

If you still have some urges to watch porn videos then you have not won. If even after 200 days of NoFap, you have the need, the urges to watch some sexual stuff, then you have not won yet.

I repet, it is when you have no urges to watch porn videos is when you finally say farewall to pornography.

I'd still like to look at nude pics sometimes but I have no desire to PMO. I don't think the desire to see naked women will ever go away and I'm happy with that. =)

  3. I don’t see anything wrong with looking at nude pics as long as it is not related to PMO. Like if you have a GF and she is sending you pictures then that is normal and acceptable. The urges should go away once you have either got yourself a GF or you have managed to get yourself to a place where you have this abundance mind-set, you are meeting lots of girls so you have no need for PMO anymore. You can get the real thing so why waste your time with a poor substitute?

I'd say I'm about 95% off the urge for P. M and other ways to act out are a different story. The only residual urges are considering that using P would not be as bad as acting out, which is not useful. Nearing 60 days of no P use though.

It has been quite a while since I felt an urge for porn, but I am pretty certain that I could quickly bring them back with some thinking about them or just a bit of playing loosely on the internet.
I do not want to return to that mess.

Me too. I'm not feeling a urge to watch it anymore. But if I do look at it purposely it would get me going. But I know thats because its triggering those pathways in my brain activating them. I don't want that mess anymore either, I want normal pathways activated when I interact with a real women. I still have a flatline feeling around real woman. Still a lot of work and time to go and get things back being natural.
