so yesterday at work my friend & i were on break & he was messing around with me because i did something wrong so he was shaking his head while smiling. then when i was walking over to my friend i was smiling and then the girl that works there that i kinda like touch my upper hand while looking at me & smiling?
It means you try to decode things too much. If you're interested in her, then do something about it and you'll know for sure what's going on rather than playing a childish guessing game.
Hard to say, it could mean anything, we can't read her mind. Regardless of that, the fact you are hyper analyzing what probably happened for a brief moment means you like her. So ask her out.
