    Idk honestly. I had an urge this afternoon n it started by me unknowingly grabbing my private parts n I remembered I wanna stop. Strategy wise idk what I can tell u... Of course thinking of hobbies n excersises but then again it would be simple n this wouldn't be a problem. Instead I'm just fighting with self induced feeling of a personal goal.
