    I first saw porn when I was 13 and I was hooked immediately. I knew it was wrong and tried to stop but never could. I've known about these nofap movements for a while but always tried to conquer horrible addiction by myself this but I realize now that that's gotten me nowhere so it's time I try something different. Gonna make a post in the accountability partner board and go for 30 days at first then take it from there I guess.

    Yeah its tough to quit. its easy to get hooked because sex is natural and watching porn isnt the same as like doing a hardcore drug, porn addiction is all mental that seems cool at first bit after a while,tedious and boring,and if porn (which is exaggerated sex) gets boring, regular sex doesn't seem as interesting at all. Its a vicious cycle but you can pull through
