yo waddup new fapstronaut here I got my helmet on and im ready to blast off in a non masturbatory way into the metaphorical stratisphere of NoFap. The last few years shits been fucked for me and I really want to get my life back on track. I have had some unhealthy relationships that have left me feeling shitty and I am not really feeling ready to connect with any girls so In seeking release I have been fapping to porn probably once a day or every other day. I really want to just get out of this lifestyle completly and I think it will help me with discipline and self control in other aspects of life as I have been finding it hard to stay focused and motivated. Anyways thats me im hoping by joining nofap it will help in achieving my 90 day goal. Peace

 

My current strategy is basically just setting the clear goal of 90 days and im hoping by keeping a regular log and enjoying seeing my counter go up it will be enough to keep me on track
