    Hello everyone ..

    As many others, I'm a guy who suffers from PMO and I have been like that more than a decade. It is a tricky disease without actual easy to take cure or even the possibility to talk about it in many communities. I tried to abstain PMO many times before but I was always alone and could not resist long enough. I believe joining a community like NoFap will help me fight longer using help from the others and maybe one day I will be able to share some good experience too.

    I had the problem for about 15 or 20 years, I am 3 years clean, if I can do it you can also quit!! talking about fapping that is.
