If you totally quit and and it's been a long time since you last had sex, it's natural to last little the first times you're with your girlfriend. But just as masturbation, you'll last longer and longer over time.

If you don't quit, the question isn't how much you'll last when having real sex, but whether you'll be able to have it, to get aroused enough in the first place.
