Would you get a at-home testosterone tester to help in quitting masturbation?

What kind of testing would you do to help quit?

I heard of at-home blood sugar testers.
    and blood pressure testers.
and clinics that provide cholesterol testing.
blood type testing when you give blood.
and you go to the doctor for blood testing.

but what about for other things in the body..testosterone?

by the 3rd week I have an attack and I get insomnia and shortness of breath and really bad stiffness/rigidity/tightness
    I feel inflated and I can't breathe.
I get this emergency situation and this and other problems start to happen I can't explain.
I think I did have a near-death experience with other situations that arised at that point.
I was on no medications nor did I need any and don't use any drugs.
I gave up quitting cause it felt too dangerous to quit.
the attack stopped after I did it.

I hadn't past the 3rd week in years. (maybe 12 years?)

I was afraid and I didn't have enough times like this. I don't have any time to deal with this and I work too hard and I just let is go and it got worst, I don't have time to deal with my own health(body) issues.

    I'm gonna try now.

my hypothesis is my body is not used-to the really high testosterone levels and possibly other natural chemicals/drugs/hormones in my body, if I take small steps at a time I may be able to make my body adapt/adjust/cope back to it again. (normal levels after a spike).

What do ethical people think of this? Should I be looking at things of my body this way? Science gave way to this tester, but I don't know if I should be doing it (from a ethical standpoint).

the doctor told me I have low-T in 2 blood tests.

I forget how and why I got to know what testosterone is and does but I did know already

god knows what else is invloved in all of this, but I would be willing to try.

I really need an ethical and moral standpoint on this, I feel somebody evil could use science against gods prescribed order of living,
it's a very scary thing to do.

I am trying to get myself better for the good.

These are all for managing a disease the person's diagnosed with, whether it's diabetes, high cholesterol or cardiovascular issues. A healthy male wouldn't need to worry about natural T levels unless they were diagnosed with something related to it. For that, it's safest to go to a doctor and get tested there. It could be a more serious underlying issue, or maybe it won't.

Hormones, especially androgens, can pose a danger if too little or too much is used. Just think about insulin, which isn't even an androgen, yet if it's not in equilibrium, can lead to terrible effects.

  3. Masturbation doesn't have any effect on circulating testosterone levels. It decreases androgen receptors in the brain (and not masturbating brings them back up) but that's not the same thing.

Canned foods these days have either biphenol or titrate linings which have proven huge anti-androgenic effects, among other negative health effects. They also often milk pregnant cows which leads to extra-high levels of estrogen in the milk. If you can avoid these two things your hormone levels will probably recover to normal.
