Hello, am 20 years old and I've started watching porn videos since when I was 11 that is 9 years now but unfortunately I hate the habit it makes me depressed,angry,doll,lazy & keeps me lock at home . I am very much addicted, every time I urge myself to stop then something which I don't know get into me to repeat that shameful habit. it abstain me from my daily schedule and school, and makes me not to have interest in girls pls help me with positive advice .my brain doesn't provide me with positive thought anymore, I don't see light in my life, can't plan for my future....
Welcome to the Nofap community. I think you have good chances to get rid of addicition. First there must be the sincere longing something has to change in your life. And your words express this longing. Next we have to find a way to do it practically. Looks like it helps very much to make some commitment (not to the community but to yourself) and then start your NO PMO journey. Will not be easy but worth the effort.
