Worrying thoughts during a reboot

Hey everyone.
So I feel like I've fought my urges to watch porn well and I am reaping one benefit already in that whenever the urge feels uncontrollable, I turn to a creative project I have going on. I am being more productive. However, I am now finding that as the urges get stronger, I'm craving quite violent porn (legal stuff, just VERY hardcore) and my fantasies are going becoming extreme. The fantasies in particular worry me because it gives insight into a side of me I didn't know existed. Also I am thinking much more of homosexual activity much more(this isn't something that bothers me tbh, only the violent fantasies worry me) so it's almost as though my sexuality is becoming warped by NOT watching porn.

Does anybody have any advice? I started convincing myself that 'fapping is the right thing to do, you shouldn't have these thoughts' but I know deep down that I'm just looking for any excuse.

Seriously though, how does one explain these thoughts and how would you stop them?

Very strong is accurate. Even when I'm on the bus to work I feel a desperate need for releif.
Thanks man. I'm going to continue to do creative stuff to get through it, at least it passes when I sleep haha
