Of course you will recover. Taken in consideration what you have said (that only after 13 days you experienced the Nofap's benefits) It's clear that you are already in a good situation, yeah you can make It better with Nofap, but It's not true that you messed your mind.
No worries, it totally makes sense that you are feeling weird. This is the first time you relapsed after a streak this long. It means that for some time, your brain didn't have the artificially high level of dopamine it is used to. It started to recover and now, after the binge dopamine wave, you feel a little overwhelmed. You will feel like before in a few days, but it obviously takes a few weeks to months to get back the benefits you already experienced and to discover new ones. Remember that although this is a setback, the days you have already gone without PMO don't just vanish, and your noFap journey will be a little easier for every single day in your last streak! Just get back on track and you'll beat your record in no time. Try to figure out why you relapsed this weekend and what you can do now to prevent it. Was it because you used your phone late in the night, tired and in bed? Or because you didn't install any P blockers on your devices so it just took two clicks in a momentary weakness to get to P sites? If you fix mistakes like these every time you relapse, it will eventually become almost impossible to fail Good luck!
Don’t start counting your days again. For real, your on day 15 or whatever now. It’s a blip on the radar. Build those days up, be proud of them, they are your friends and your motivators. We all do the same thing LOL. It’s no big deal. What’s important is you add another 15 days now. Your brain Is struggling with this metamorphosis, your ego is fighting for its survival because it wants you to have conflict, that’s how it lives. Get rid of your ego. You didn’t break anything lol you just blew up your brain with a rush of chemicals and it’s chilling out now. Your studlyness will be back stronger than ever in 15-30 days. Keep it up! And... you’ll have no problems getting it up
