Yeah, shame really. It was such an anti-climax. The first semi-final between New Zealand and South Africa was crackling with excitement, though. de Villiers said it was the most electric atmosphere he had ever played in. When you consider who he is and where he plays/played, that is an extraordinary tribute to all the supporters. Fantastic!
As a kiwi I am gutted about the final but fair play to Australia. They were the better team on the day. The semi against sa will live in me for a long time. Even my flatmate was getting into it and he's Canadian!
