There is no such thing as British English. It is English. As for those who speak American, well that's something else!
Two that I've personally had issues with, even though I'm decent at speech. Specifically (not pass-cif-cal-ly) 'Spa-cif-ic-al-ly' irregardless (not a word).... (just regardless)
