This may sound crazy. I'm on day 2. I've noticed today that I'm tired, I'm craving sugar and very irritable. Is this common? Thanks.

Yes. The moment you refuse to cave into what your body thinks is routine, is when it will start turning against you. I'm going through the same thing right now. :(

It may be painful and uncomfortable now, but that's what makes it necessary. If you resist, overtime your body will relate urges to watch porn to that pain, and that's when the withdrawals will stop occuring.

You need to convince your body that it will not get its porn fix, by constantly saying no, and powering through the withdrawals.

Withdrawals are all part of the process. Dopamine receptors need the time to heal and repair. It's like porn shocked the system now it needs to go offline to repair.

Stay strong in 62 days and feel the withdrawals lifting a bit along with good sunshine, meditation, and exercise.

It can take 2-6 months or more to recover so hang in there.
