Withdraw

There are no physical withdrawal symptoms because you have not put any drugs into your body. There will be mental withdrawal symptoms, but that's why we are here. To figure out how to fix the brain and stop PMO.

 

Sure, anxiety is a symptom of stopping PMO. Anytime you deny yourself something that you liked or stop something you are addicted to it will cause a level of anxiety. These symptoms all go away with time, but be patient it takes time to beat an addiction and/or break a bad-habit.

Using any addiction to cope with any negative feelings and then suddenly stop consuming your drug of choice, usually brings back the feelings you were trying to put aside. I know feeling anxiety is not fun, I have severe social anxiety myself. Still, for that anxiety attacks, I got something in return because realize I can smile more naturally as well.
