31 year old male here.

My relationship with porn began when I was a kid in the late 90s. My friend gave me a picture of a naked women with Angelina Jolie's head superimposed onto it.; pretty high-tech for the time!
My porn consumption was reasonably casual until my 20’s.

I have an addictive personality, I recognise that porn is an addiction for me; The stuff I used to watch simply doesn’t cut it these days, the progression is similar to drugs, and I find it difficult to stop.

Porn caused me to miss appointments, loose interest in sex with my partner, and generally feel dirty and shameful.

So I’ve decided enough is enough, it isn’t harmless and I’m going to do something about it.

I’m starting with the big guns! 90 day no PMO challenge!

I am on day 0, the only way is up.
