Hello every one I just want to share with you what i am going through. I tried to quit porn a lot from long time ago. I tried this nofap challenge with friends and with myself. I always fail after 5 to 7 days. There is that one time i stopped watching porn for 14 days it really felt great back then. Now am trying the Nofap challenge forever and win my inner peace back again. I am starting to change the way i think and find joy in other stuff. And trying to keep myself busy all the time. I really want my inner peace back again. I want to stop feeling miserable. Am trying to find a reward for myself for each week but i think the inner peace and feeling in control is enough as a reward. Wish me luck.
