Winning at Prayer and Holiness

Recently someone here (my apologies, I don't remember who) led me to this priest and I came across this video. In the first few minutes of this video, Fr. Rippinger points out how important it is that we develop a consistent, rigorous prayer life. Years ago, I was led to see this was missing in my life and I continue to see how vital this to all of us who truly want freedom from PMO and any other pernicious sin.

This is an hour long video but be assured it is time well spent.
