    Students during exams in their final weeks would smoke and do all that sorts of stuff because their will power is focused on their exams and not to resist their urges
    WILL POWER IS LIKE A MUSCLE
    IT IS LIKE A BATTERY
    YOU WILL HAVE TO RECHARGE IT!!!
    Bad habits are extremely hard to resist
    They are so ingrained in your brains that it does not require will power to perform
    That is the reason why you get these urges
    You will have to find out ways to recharge your will power
