Will urges will stop after some days?

It depends each person is different.
Urges for me go and come randomly. But my strength to resist urges becomes much stronger after 14 days. Your will power at first is weak it becomes stronger each time you pass on a urge and each day you stay away from pmo

 

When i start a streak usually, the first 3 days are painful because of strong urges, then I enter in flatline for a week and suddenly around 14-15 days, I have urges again... If I watch a picture once at this moment, I know that I'm going to relapse even if I didn't masturbate. Your mind start to send you more and more porn flashback until you decide to let go and relapse. My actual streak is a first because it's going to be 30 days soon without any porn watching or masturbation, I'm glad that i resisted and managed the 15 days step because my resistance improved a lot the 17 day. Now I have less urges and when I do I can deviate my mind elsewhere and forget about it.

So I voted "yes" because, I won't lie to you, you are a living being with natural needs and reproduction is one of them. There will be period where nothing happens and then you'll have 5 days of struggle for no reason. What's matter is if you can fill the free time you use for watching porn with new and life building activities.

 

It all depends on how addict you are. During my first streak on nofap I went 14 days and the urges attacked every single day, and in the last streak of 10 days, urges desappeared at day 8. It was a 4 months interval between the two streaks. Everyday counts.

As a side note, when they desappear, you'll be scared of what is happening, but STAY CALM!!! THEY'LL COME BACK AFTER A WHILE!!
