I trade the market a lot and use to be a poker player but I've always struggled in them. Nofap is one of those things that is very hard for me to do along with quitting smoking. I am beginning to think these addictions is affecting my performance in these type of games since discipline, control & patience is very important. I believe those qualities I lack that make me give in to pmo and smoking carry over and manifest in my trading and poker career. (Also, just ignore my counter it's obviously not correct.)
Well, you train your willpower by not wanking. Maybe this will really make you a stronger person? We shall see, but to be honest, I don t expect much.
