will it become easier to stop objectifying women?

I am 35 and have been pmo for close to twenty years with a strong leaning to the m side of things.

I truly believe that porn has twisted my head and for the longest time,I cant seem to have sex with my wife without acting like I am in some kind of porn scene and she is just there for my sexual gratification.

I want to connect with my wife more and not see her as a sexual object. I am on day 2 and not really having any urges to act out...yet.

Just curious if it becomes easier to stop objectifying women as time passes.
