Will i ever stop ?

    hi people,

    I feel bad. For I don't know how long I have been jerking off at porn.
    Last months I have times that I stop for a longer time, but I fall back into it every time.
    Maybe it is because I have been doing it so long ? don't know.
    anyhow, this evening I fell into it again, and now feeling very bad.
    I just wish I could ever stop this addiction. or at least start without one month or so..

    anyone any advice maybe ?

    My advice would be to change your counter to Without Porn, Masturbation & Orgasm. It generally doesn't work when porn is isolated as the problem. That is because basically, all three elements are interdependent. :oops: So, make a full commitment.
