Been like close to 200 days and yet still no morning wood, very rare random erections and just don't get very hard. Like I had a couple stints were everything was really good but how long till it's consistent?Getting kind of annoyed tbh.
It's subjective we all experience, suffer and recover differently... It will happen in time, If it does not then maybe visit your doctor as there may be another issue
I think what we’re starting to see nowadays is the consequences of relapsing to porn over and over again and longer recovery times whilst in withdrawal. I’m in the same situation as you but people are reporting up to two years and such.
I read that the things that are involved in the brain get more receptive and demanding for a while after you quit, it's possible that if you relapse over and over in fresh streaks you only cement the new growth, but i am probably wrong
