Wife of fapstronaut here- need advice about telling your partner?

Hi all.

I'm the wife of a wonderful, and yet sadly porn addicted, husband. I heartbreakingly stumbled across his porn addiction and then his relapse twice and it really broke me. It's taken a huge toll on my trust, self esteem (especially on my body image), and generally on our relationship. This doesn't mean that I don't love my husband more than anything or hope that one day we can rebuild our trusting and adoring relationship.

I wish more than anything, and so does my husband, that he had TOLD me instead of me finding out... The years of lying and sneaking and deceit are what gets to me the most. That being said,it's now all in the park tk tell your wife that you have an addiction to porn. If you haven't told your partner yet, or have relapsed, ask whatever you want, I'll try to answer best I can.

Good luck to you all, I can't tell you how great this community is for my hub or how amazed I am by how devoted, self aware and intelligent this community is. A far reach from the bloated pathetic pro porn rubbish I've seen on reddit when I was trying to come to terms with my husbands porn use.
