    I guess nofap is more than quitting porn and masturbation.It is about why's of life.It is about why we started to masturbate in the first place and why we are now trying to quit it.This way it creates that why loop in our mind and we begin to question our existence,which I think is a great thing.

    We must find out what made us fall into this to prevent from continue failing, but remember that the good feeling (chemical neurotransmisors) tht masturbation gives us, and the false intimacy makes us to stay into this, what makes us addicted.
    In my case i think it was, my paents separation, problems with them, the need of itnimacy, loneliness what made me find or fall into PMO.
