hi guys . ive decided to write about some of the reasons on why we need to control our sexual impulsivenes by mastering nofap. first of all let me tell you guys about myself a bit because it might be the longest thread ive written so far. my first ejaculation happened as a wet dream at the age of 14 ( btw im 20 now). it was really weird for me to find some sticky stuff on my pants right after having a wet dream. but i didnt have any means to find out what was happening so i simply ignored. i got erections but i didnt bother touching my penis and stimulating it , because if i did i could have found masturbation at that age. i was 16 when i had access to internet so i decided to find out about wet dreams. on the way of finding what wet dreams are i also found porn. i still remember my first ever masturbation attempt where i was moving my shaft up and down while watching my first porn video ever. since then i fap to porn on a regular basis. here i want to say that prople always blame pmo for their social anxiety issues. but to be honest i was having my worst social anxiety problems way before i discovered porn. but i agree that some people are affected differently by pmo, so for me its the brain fig and a lack of motivation from pmo. this is the reason i joined nofap and start experiencing the benefits. i had 44 days of no pmo couple of months ago. those days were the best of my life so far.simply because i was ready to conquer the world any second. the confident was ever growing. so my point is that nofap will definitely make you realize that there's a world out there waiting for you , you will definitely be productive if you know what i mean. i dont have any scientific proof but IT SEEMS THAT NOFAP AWAKENS YOUR SPIRITUAL MIND because all of sudden you start thinking about mediation, yoga , reading spritual stuff (at least i do ). also you start to appreciate the world around you. NoFap isnt about going cold turkey by forcing yourself to not view porn. ITS ABOUT DEVELOPING A MINDSET WHERE EVEN IF YOU WATCH A PORN YOU STILL HAVE CONTROL OF YOUR DICK . this is what determination means, you have a goal, a purpose so you make up your mind to be able to achieve it. BECAUSE ITS ALL IN YOUR MIND.
