Yes. Porn is a strong stimulant and affects your brain in many different ways. What both things have in common is immediate gratification, which lead to addiction. Porn addictionally destroy your sexuality, make you aroused by weird things and always bored. Nevertheless, you need to stop masturbation as well if you are addicted to PMO.

 

Thanks for this info. Today I relapsed by MO, I noticed that I had no dried eyes as what used to happen before this relapse recently. I am trying to find a way to control MO.
