Why it seems a relationship for men with women feels like energy draining

Why it seems for men a relationship with women is so tiring ? It drains all the energy from men ? Or maybe it is hard for the men to meet a supportive women ? So a relationship where both parties gives ? Rationale male also mentioned this,if I am not mistaken, it is a lie when they say a relationship is hard work for both, but in fact it is hard work for the men only. Well I guess we men must just accept this harsh reality or fact.
