I’ve had this happen before. But usually when starting a streak. I’ll avoid all sexual arousal so I don’t get these symptoms. It’s weird.

but the other night I started my very needed streak to end this for all.

We were all watching a movie at my friends house I went to after and I saw nudity scenes. I tried to look away, or atleast not focus on the nudity, but my friend kept saying look look. And I kept seeing the nudity.

I wasn’t super aroused. But I finally just said, I didn’t masturbate before and just because I looked at something doesn’t mean I need to masturbate. So I just ignored it and focused on the movie but kept seeing it.

I sorta just had that whole mentality during this streak, so far 2 days so not long.

I know I cannot relapse. But yesterday (I wasn’t focusing on the things I saw throughout the day that I usually would avoid, but I wasn’t avoiding them either, sorta like what normal people do)

even though I didn’t touch my dick at all or fap. I had head pressure and a headache throughout the day, I also have had alittle anxiety.

the point is, Will I be fine with these symptoms? Can I continue the streak?

i know that normal people don’t need to fap every time they see something arousing or get headaches from it, if I just ignore it will it go away and will I be able to continue the streak? Answers would be insanely easing, thanks.

Its hard but you must do what you can. You did great by trying to not look and unfortunately were pressured by your friend. It does suck to be so strongly tempted by seeing things like that, I wish that wasnt the case for people like us. I dont have a better answer than avoiding looking at anything potentially tempting,
because thats what recently ended my streak :/. Hang in there man.
