I lost my virginity last December and I didn't think much of it. Maybe it was because I was a pmo addict and masturbated twice the night before or maybe it was because I was drunk. Although the women was very good looking I felt like I would have been better off remaining a virgin. That way I could have done nofap before hand because I think my experience would be a lot better.

 

That's why it's be better to abstain from porn, fully reboot, and have sex with a woman only if she's who you truly love.
