Why I unfortunately don't have sex regularly

I'm 27 years old and I only had sex on a weekly basis for about three months in my life.

When I was a teenager, my family put a lot of fear of pregnancy in my mind, I was absolutely terrified of it, to the point I couldn't have an erection with girls even with a condom on (thanks a lot to my family for that unnecessary trauma). Many times I had the opportunity to have a sex partner in my teens but I just refused out of pregnancy fear. I only lost my virginity when I found a woman who was in her late 40's and couldn't get pregnant anymore, then I felt safe to do so. I was 16 (age of consent is 15 in my country).

Going on adult age, my fear of pregnancy was lessened when I started working and making my own money (but it's still here though). After losing 20kg, girls in college started giving me compliments and flirting with me, I had my first girlfriend at 20 and I really loved her, wanted to marry her and everything. She spent the weekends in my bedroom and we had sex about three times a week, it was awesome. To be honest, I still think back about those magical moments we had together. We broke up after three months (it was her fault).

After that, I had sex with a few girls I met on Tinder and also a few escorts (legal in my country) but nowadays I don't get any action because I'm not working and therefore I don't have money to go on dates or pay for a professional. Also, I need to get my vasectomy done so I can have peace of mind in a relationship.

Porn and masturbation addiction have caused me some degree of erectile dysfunction, last times I had sex I was on c1alis, the doctor said the skin on my gland is very irritated and that causes my orgasms to be weak. That's why I need to do nofap so bad.

I just wish I had a stable girlfriend who I can have sex with every weekend. I want natural erections and being able to have strong orgasms again.
