Why does pmo kill erections?

    Ranging from no morning wood, weak or unable to maintain an erection, or taking a long time to recharge before going again.

    What is it that causes this? Is it death grip? Becoming seduced by a screen? A bit of both? Apparently morning wood is a good sign of recovery. Just thinking if we know the answer, then solutions an be figured out, other than the obvious, stop watching P

    Porn is a super stimulus that pumps higher than natural amounts of dopamine into your brain. This is unhealthy and your brain starts to compensate by down regulating your dopamine receptors. Now you need even more stimulus because you have less receptors. So you begin to escalate ( chasing that first high). That’s a very simplified explanation. Learn everything you can about addiction and the effects it has on you.
