Why are my balls numbing?

    I do my nofap journey, but today my right ball started to numb. I went to run a little bit after that a cold shower, and now this happening. Any one some advice? I had not have wet dream so far.

    don't worry it's a flatline period , search by the word flatline in the search box , you'll find many friends like you in the other posts and they recovered successfully!! :)

    It can be an normal effect of your nofap journey, but you need to observe it and go to the specialist if it starts to seriously bothering you.
