Why am I so tired?

So the title says it all, why do I feel so fucking tired? I woke up at 7:00 am, went to uni from 10 to 12 and worked from 2 to 5. Its 6:30 pm now and I feel super tired. A couple of days ago I used to wake up at 6:00 am and stay up to 11 pm. I havent PMO'd or anything like that. Im on day 17 of NoFap btw.

I don't recall which day it was, but I think it was around your day I made a post called "sleep day". I literally slept all day. I'm usually up and out by 8, but this one day I just had a solid nights sleep. Woke up for an hour, took a few hour long nap, up for an hour or two, slept till 9 or so, up for a little bit, then slept soundly all the way through the night.

If we're using dopamine as the reason, my guess is that dopamine gives you an energy rush, so when your body isn't getting any, you're readjusting to energy solely from your diet instead of any chemical reactions.
