I pledge to participate for the year at the least. Hard mode for at least 2 months for the sake of full reboot. I have had way too much time on my hands (pun intended)

I'm down. I actually made a resolution this year not to, but over the past week I had slipped back into old patterns. After much frustration I went online and did a search for "NoFap" having heard about the reddit movement sometime last year. To my astonishment there was a plethora of knowledge regarding PMO habits/addictions and a great deal of testimony that I could relate to. I am looking forward to this journey and I hope to experience some (if not all) of the benefits that our successors have attributed to their fapstinence. I'm also looking forward to sharing my experience, strength and hope with others along the way. Cheers.

I am at day 26 but my goal is to quit forever, let 2014 be the first milestone.

 

I will be PMO free this year! I started a bit later than most of you guys, but I am already on my 9th day and i am enormously motivated to do this.
