Which view of women do you find better?

Evening lads and lasses!

During my longest streak, I had a view that I did not care of women and how "hot" they were. I did avoid look to attractive women at all (I usually looked to them very shortly, to their body, legs, etc.). During my streak I decided not even to notify their existence. At the end of my streak (which was 50 days long) I ended up in a "precum"-Relapse I'll call it. After that "precum"-relapse I googled the internet for how to approach women and how to get into the dating scene. I made threads, read threads etc.

So, what view of women would you suggest?

1. The "I do not give a damn about girls, and avoid checking them out"
2. The "I finally want to approach girls but just end up excusing myself for not to, and check attractive girls out"
