Which one is worst to recover from: Porn Addiction or Sex Addiction ?

Thanks for posting. I'd need to read up more on the definitions of Sex addiction and the traits that make you a sex addict, but I do kind of see them as the same thing? I would say that porn addiction + fetish addiction are sub-categories of sex addiction. It may be that you have all 3 to battle against simultaneously.

Either way, it does suggest that recovery from porn addiction can be quicker. However, depends on the length of habit and the will or circumstance of the individual. I'm 6 years down the line from my initial awakening and still haven't kicked the PMO habit in its entirety.

I feel like porn is worse because you can effortlessly access it in a matter of seconds and it's basically everywhere.

 

Porn addiction, because you're always seeing constant novelty , new pornstars , new girls, new naked girls each time
and the constant novely is what makes porn, what it is a monster.

You never get bored by watching porn. and the Collidge effect play itself too in the problem !

 

If I would have the means to have sex, I'd choose sex over porn. I guess in my case at least it's sex addiction and not porn addiction, porn is just rather the next best thing you can get without a gf and living with your parents.

So I'd say sex addiction is worse than porn addiction, in my case at least

 

I'd say porn is easier to get then sex, it's free as well. So porn imo.

 

I'd say sex addiction is worse then porn addiction because it invovles 2 people in real life then just being by yourself by watching porn.

 

I’d go out on a limb and say that I struggle with lust addiction more than porn or sex. I can access lustful thoughts anywhere and everywhere, and it’s a constant struggle to process them in a healthy way.

 

Your sub consciousness didn't know the difference between porn and sex. So i think both are same.
