    Is there anyone can answer me ?? Which is better if you feel want to PMO and then you avoid it ? Or having sex with wife or stay resistant youself from having both of that ? And write your answer and reason .

    I don’t quite understand the question. Are you asking is it better to abstain from PMO and have not sex with a lover or to have sex?

    If so, I’d say have sex.
