    I find myself unable to concentrate because one part of my mind is in the present the other is thinking whens it porn time whens it porn time ,

    Is this addiction or is this stress looking for an escape

    some people watch porn to destress themselves, that's a bad habit, try to find a girlfriend, it will be very better.
