    I make a healthy living, have a wife, and would be considered successful by most standards. I make myself miserable comparing myself to others. My goal now is to appreciate what I have and love those around me. Think about the success you’ve had getting in better shape. Focus on the positive things you’ve done and keep those going. Keep building the next positive thing in your life.

    Not at all. When I was on Facebook the feed went like this: news.. happy couples.. happy families... commie post.... news... happy couple achievements... Yes it made me jealous. It’s not easy getting a date when you’re broke and ugly and the dates I do get never work out and I can say with absolute certainty porn had nothing to do with those failures. Everytime I tried to get intimate I was rejected and the girl would go with another guy. The last girl I dated treated me horribly when my father died. We dated for 2 months she dodged every kiss and flipped out when I didn’t take her to the hospital to be with my dying father. She said it didn’t give me the right to ignore her all day. I broke it off right there. The point being all my work I have nothing to show for. I work 7 days a week nothing to show for it an education and funeral expenses and now 14 days worth of sore balls and headaches
