hmm, I don't think you lose all your gains when you relapse. seems to me like you get the big shot of testosterone, so makes you wanna relapse again and again til the testosterone mechanism is , I want to say satiated but not satiated, til it just stops producing large quantity. it's like diabetes you know, the pancreas starts producing too much insulin right before it dies. stress the cells too much, push them too far they can die. then you die.
Well, relapsing kills your reboot streak so it's a slip I'd say but you know, get up and start over.. I almost slipped yesterday but got back to my senses in time. It's really hard in the beginning of the reset but don't put too much stress on yourself because of it... because you'll feel the need to release it through more PMO
