When you really want to look at porn

    What do you do when you really want to look at porn?

    About 60% of the time I have no interest in looking at porn. During these times I'm so focused on doing important stuff that the thought of looking at porn doesn't cross my mind. But there are other moments when I really want to look at it. More often than not when I feel like this I end up looking at it. My question is when you feel like this what do you do to avoid relapsing?

    Among the most common methods is distract yourself with something else or call someone who is aware of your recovery and who you can share how you feel. Turning off the computer and do something that doesn't involve looking at a screen can help.

    My FAP scene is always on the bed, either when I can't sleep with insomnia and restlessness at night, or when I wake up early in the morning and wake up. The desire will be strong and can't help but Fap. At this time, it is difficult to exercise or a cold bath.

    Distract your mind whenever those thoughts come... Do pushups, situps, lunges or read a book or watch a spiritual video on YouTube.

    When you have a bad though as such, you might consider training, fasting works well for me.

    For me cutting the internet connection at my home solved everything.

    Restricting your internet to the highest extent that you can helps provide an immediate placebo effect, however it works even better in the long as you reduce a heavy amount of situations that can give urges.
