Are you surfing to find this girl, or did she just show up on your feed? Did you dismiss the image, or ogle over it?

Any time you get spun up can potentially prolong the reset time.

When you spend time to seek the picture and arouse yourself, then it is basically a relapse.

The real issue is the seeking of arousment. Hours and hours of wasted time, just to avoid any real-world-challenges. It is like smoking weed.

Sounds like not a relapse. If the girl is a friend, then be prepared. If it's some random page you liked, you should probably unlike it. If it is an ad, you can turn that particular ad off in facebook.

  6. Doesn't sound like a relapse, unless you specifically seek these things to get off. Then it doesn't count as porn (a normally accepted definition of porn is whatever you use or watch merely for the perpose of self-arousal), and since you didn't masturbate or orgasm, you have the whole PMO part covered for now.
Don't stress too much over the little things. Bluntly put, all of us here are addicts. If you wave a bag of cocaine in front of someone who is rehabilitating him/herself then yeah they'll get urges, and a spike in dopamine just from thinking about how "good" it used to feel. But 1) They know better, that it's not good for them 2) If they walk away, then they are proving that they are stronger than their addiction.
Similarly, we can't avoid sexual content all the time, or even porn in this day and age. When we are exposed, We need to be strong to say "No" and go back to working towards freedom from this addiction. That No is harder sometimes than other times, but so long as you do, I don't think it's a relapse.

Intent it the main issue here. did you intend to view these girls? did you intentionaly view these pictures (even if you didnt seek them out) longer than you needed to? If the intent was there, then it's a potential relapse, if not then your Gucci!
