When do I know when I have a porn addiction and is it affecting how I look In the long run?

    I don’t know when or how I got addicted. I think it was when I was about 8 or 9 because my friend had found pornhub I didn’t know what it was nor could I comprehend it I just wanted to play Roblox with him. But when I was around 11 or 12 something flipped and I started watching porn. I’be been doing it almost 5 - 6 a week and I feel like I have too do it. How do I quit?

    mainly willpower. I don't believe in advices. except identify your triggers. and stay away from social media. meditate. exercise. and stay busy.
    I told you all this. but it took 9 hours for me to relapse. I didn't masturbate but I looked at porn. so I know what should I do. but I don't believe in myself. so if you are like me, no advice can save you. the power is in your hands. or brain. do not use your hands.
