    To the OP, cut out that loser mindset. That’s what you need to work on first. Envision yourself as a winner, happy and living like a king. You need to think that way. Thinking negatively will get you negative results.

    You're saying this to help but I'm afraid this is more counterproductive than anything. I've been depressed in my life and you cannot just start thinking positive to get out of it. I would have happily killed anyone talking to me like that (not really, just saying). What you're describing is the eventual outcome when people got out of their depression (or whatever they struggle with), not the means to get out of it.

    Much of the psychological scientific research on happiness that was done in the 60s/70s cannot be reconfirmed in recent studies. One example that comes to mind was the study that 'showed' that if you force yourself to smile, you're becoming happier. With today's new insights this research has been debunked (together with many other self-motivating crap). That may work if you're just having a bad day, but not if you're struggling with life.

    I've no idea your background and situation, I'm not assuming to know the solution to anything but check out Chris Kresser. Also did a great Joe Rogan podcast. Links between diet and ADHD, might be able to ease things for you while adjusting to nofap.

    That pissed offness you feel, use that to push forward now.
